On March 29, 2025, the 13th edition of the Trofeo Cinelli – Synett took place in Hlohovec, Czechia, marking the traditional start of the domestic road cycling season. Despite continuous rain throughout the day, an impressive 595 cyclists competed across 22 categories.
In a remarkable outcome, young Czech rider Adam Bradáč from the Slovenian team Factor Racing secured a surprising victory in the elite men’s category, finishing the 80 km course in 1:47:41. He edged out Marcin Budzinski of ATT Investments and Adam Gross from PROefekt Across, who finished second and third respectively.
The event’s challenging triangular 8 km circuit featured a short, steep climb within the village and exposed sections notorious for crosswinds, often resulting in small groups contesting the finish. This year’s races were no exception, testing both the technical skills and resilience of the participants.
The Trofeo Cinelli – Synett continues to be a celebrated spring festival of cycling, attracting riders and spectators from across the region. The organizers expressed gratitude to all participants and supporters who contributed to the event’s success despite the inclement weather.
