Shiffrin Secures 99th World Cup Win in Gurgl Slalom
On November 23, 2024, Mikaela Shiffrin claimed her 99th career World Cup victory in the women’s slalom event held in Gurgl, Austria. Shiffrin completed the race with a combined time of 1 minute, 40.22 seconds, narrowly beating Italian prodigy Lara Colturi by 0.55 seconds and Camille Rast of Switzerland by 0.57 seconds.
